Fluffy pancakes made with Bisquick and cooked to golden perfection.
Heat a pan at medium.
Add 1 Tbsp butter to the pan.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl.
Whisk mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.
Pour small amounts of the batter on the pan. Make sure the pancakes don't touch each other.
Flip the pancakes when there are bubbles on top.
