Scrambled Eggs

Quick and fluffy scrambled eggs that are perfect for starting the day.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk until smooth.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are cooked but still soft.
