Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

A creamy and cheesy casserole loaded with broccoli and topped with breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender and place it in a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the soup, cheese, and milk, then pour over the broccoli.

Mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter, and sprinkle on top of the casserole.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
